It comes with a mini towel, a towel bag, a green resistance band, and a jumping rope. The jumping rope is like a universal size one. But you can adjust the size by pulling the jumping wire through a hole, and securing it with a screw (see the pic). The resistance band has good stretch to it, and you can double it up. The towel itself is soft. I washed it first though - and I recommend you to do that too. Everything came in a useful portable bag.
