If you have a natural source food and it had that much it's not real but this is a supplement ( extracted from food to be in high concentration) so it is not what you would get in a food unless it was fortified like yeast and the b vitamins if you see a yeast product with b12 in high amounts it has been fortified like cereal **Q: What is the difference between menquinone-7 (dr. berg's formula) & menaquinone-7?
