It’s made with 600D polyester which is durable and easy to clean, and uses YKK zippers so opening and closing it always feels smooth. The storage area allows for a lot of organization. There are a couple of pockets along the back, allowing you to store some of the more flat items like cutting boards, knife set, plates, etc. There are two side pouches with elastic straps to hold down additional tools or longer items you may have. And the main base of the galley is wide enough to store some of the more bulky items like a pots/pans set. Up top there are three zippered pockets, two of which have a partial mesh area which is helpful for visibility to your items. There are also side pockets on the outside of the bag that can hold something thin. The bag itself can be hung using the straps, either from a roof rack, tree branch, etc. The bottom of the bag has cord that is detachable on one side so that you can hang a roll of paper towels if you wish. At first it may seem a little tricky, but the key is to have it vertically up and down to slide it in and out, then horizontal to stay in place. No need to untie it.
