Having said that, if you are gluten free due to Celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance, I’d definitely get a firm “No” before trying it. This is probably my favorite so far! Fruity and refreshing and easy to blend. The canister states 20 servings for 500g or 1.1lbs of powder, but the instructions are 1 level scoop for 10-12oz of water. I use 16oz of water with 1 & 1/3 scoop of mix, so I should get 15 servings with this canister. I can easily compare that with other brands for pricing as each container varies on servings sizes and water amount. I drink a lot of water (do not drink pop) and have found other brands are just sugary. This is not very sweet and tastes like juice.
