For the past two months (plus) I have been having gallbladder pain after changing my diet drastically when I found out I had diabetes. I tried everything but nothing really seemed to help. Then, while laying on my side trying to think of anything I could do, I remembered this and went out the next day and picked some of the liquid at a local nutrition store. It tastes terrible and I only talked myself into taking subsequent does because it does seem to really help with the pain, especially at first. I searched for the capsules to save me the anguish of the taste and ended up here. I ordered a couple of bottles and have been using them for a few weeks. They have really helped but I keep forgetting to take them on an empty stomach so they don't do as well as they could.
