That said, connectors on the Pi 4B include USB and USB-C standards. The monitor connection is USB-C and you can use the Pi's "standard" USB connections for keyboard and mouse cables, so you can use any "spare" keyboards/mice you might have, rather than buying Pi-specific devices. Acceptable as an emergency replacement desktop machine under those circumstances.
