A: Just pull the sides of the opening and blow straight into it- it will self seal when u let go of the nausal

**Q: Do the measurements apply when it's inflated or when flat?**
A: When flat. The cushion actually draws in a tiny bit when inflated. Still a very large whoopee cushion. My son loved to play with his.

**Q: says  "One Dozen per Order".  is this true?**
A: I don’t think so, when I ordered it they only sent me one per order.
