Review: Can't use it for e-mail - The unit was in fine condition. I bought it to replace my wife's older mailstation which has a bad keyboard. When I attempted to use it Earthlink said they could not reconfigure it since it had previously been configured when it was originally used and cannot be done over, the internal electronics are not re-programmable. Sooo, I will donate it to someone who has ALS or a stroke so they can use it to communicate when they can't talk. The seller should make buyers aware that these units are not re-programmable and so are of no use as e-mail machines.

The unit was in fine condition. I bought it to replace my wife's older mailstation which has a bad keyboard.
