## Questions & Answers

**Q: what does 4ct-2pk mean in terms of actual number of packets?/**
A: You will Get a total of 8 Packets (uses).

**Q: I've used this twice, followed directions but never saw any blue foam - do these expire?**
A: I don't believe they expire. You should see blue foam emerge from the drain.

**Q: ingredients and their safety**
A: They contain Malic Acid and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It does not contain Phosphates. I purchased this because it is safe for septic tanks. Works like a charm. Have recommended to several people and all agree it is much better then the old baking soda and vinegar.

**Q: How many total indiividual packets in a 4 ct 2-pk? 4 or 8? Pic implies 8, but I only got 4.**
A: Actually all of you should question this whether you got 4 or 8 because it states 2...4 packs but the picture shows it a bonus pack of 5 so technically you all should have got 10 individual packs. Great advertising whoever put this up. I will order somewhere else.
