Actually I picked up this book thinking its fiction. I have loved The Humans and The Midnight Library by Matt Haig so did not care to read the summary. But I was in for a surprise as this book is a self help book. He definitely doesn’t advice us to be a certain way, instead he helps us understand ourselves better, and reminds us that uncertainty is the certainty of life. One thing which I loved is he constantly encourages us to love ourselves the way we are instead of questioning us, and then trying to get out of our comfort zone. 4 star rating because I found some parts to be repetitive and boring.
