This is the only product I have found that actually works with a garden sprayer. Great that it does not hurt plants. It smells and looks like watered down Elmers glue. It does, unfortunately, take 2 coats. Hut that is stated in product information. This product has made a dreaded yearly task so much easier. I gave it 4 stars only because of the price of neatly $25 a gallon. So far I've used 5 gallons and have to set aside for future use. Ill definitely buy more when I need it. Update: I changed my rating to 5 stars. After nearly a month and several heavy rains my deck and glider look great and water definitely beads up.
