Review: OEM Quality No Doubt - I live in a pretty warm area and I noticed that my 2008 Lexus always ran pretty hot. Not hot enough to move the gauge. I only knew it was running hotter because I used a blue driver OBD scanner. On a hot day, 97F to 105F the car would run on Flat freeway at speeds 70 to 75 mph temp would read 217F to 221F. Although the car temp gauge barely moved I knew any kind of load such as going up a slight hill or accelerating would push my temp over 225F and put me in the red zone. I knew the owner before me had recently installed a new radiator so it was baffling why it was still running hot? So upon closer inspection of the radiator in my car I noticed how far apart the vertical cooling tubes were. Then I compare mine to my girlfriend who has the same LS460 car and I noticed she had far more vertical cooling tubes than my radiator. Her car in similar conditions would only run at 194 to198F. Long story short is the cheap radiator that was in my car did not have enough cooling tubes to properly cool my engine this Denzo solved that problem. It has roughly 35% more verticle cooling tubes and that make a big difference in how much cooler my engine runs. Temperature is now under control and not running close to HOT. So if you ever wonder why they're able to sell radiators for lot less than the Densos it's because they don't have as many verticle cooling tubes tubes so they don't cool as well as they should. Look closely when comparing radiators and you will see what I'm talking about. Denzo is top quality and I will never buy any other type of radiator going forward. Five stars. It also has superior transmission, fluid, cooling abilities.
