I thawed one for dinner and cooked it in a hot skillet with olive oil, using my seasoning. 5 min on one side, 3 on the other and got a perfect crust. Let it rest for a minute, then we split it after a quick discussion on who got which half. It was just perfect. Tender, buttery and full of flavor, just like a high quality NY Strip. We had it with roasted vegetables and a big pot of herbed, buttered mashed potatoes. Honestly, I shouldn’t have second-guessed this purchase. Everything about it was excellent, and I’ll definitely be ordering more!

The marketplace ad was skillfully. Word crafted and wordsmith make it sound like this was prime cuts of beef! Far from, however, the beef was not fork, tender, and it was gristle throughout. The only advantage was that I was able to return or actually get my money back for this Beef that was by no means the quality that was advertised!
