I have a pretty high tolerance for caffeine and energy supplements, so that surprised me. While they may not be your typical energy drink setup, they do the job. I find I like the orange flavor best, followed by the berry, and then the citrus last. One important thing when adding to a bottle of water- drink some of the water first! These are carbonated, and so you will have a little spill over if you add it to a full bottle.
