Review: Best I've tried - I've tried 4 different kinds of wraps to help with post-natal DR and this is by FAR the most comfortable and most effective. Other brands either don't cinch tight enough (yay adjustable!), are extremely difficult to get on (yay velcro!), or have corset-style boning that makes them very inflexible and uncomfortable to wear for very long. The FIT splint is the only one I can put on and take off quickly and is comfortable enough to wear all day long. Review: Comfy to wear, but doesn't stay in place - Positive: Package arrived super fast. The splint is comfortable and can easily be worn under any clothing. Negative: I have a VERY short torso and this splint only covers half of it. I also found that it rolls into itself on the side covering my abdomen...meaning it becomes even smaller. I have tried adjusting it...as has my PT...and there is not a location where I can wrap it to prevent it from rolling when I move in any way and, therefore, shortening an already short width. Just laying down in bed after readjusting it caused it to roll into itself. You would think that for the price, the split would cover the area it is supposed to be supporting. This one fits much better but could be a tad longer. I'm a size 6 and ordered a small, fits perfectly. M would've been too big for sure. I like this splint because it's not too stiff so I can exercise in it at the gym with minimal issues. If I get really sweaty it does roll a little but not terribly.
