Review: Mini Mixie when there is no power - Like the title goes, this is very useful when you lose power at the time of grinding chutney for morning breakfast. The key reason for me posting this review is not only because of the product, also because of the customer service "InstaCuppa" brand provides. Why you should buy this product 1) Portable and easy to use anywhere. 2) Warranty – My product was not working within 3 months of its purchase, eventhough we have 1 year of warranty, I was in doubt whether I will get proper reply or support from this unheard brand. To my surprise, they surpassed my expectation, without beating around the bush and asking to provide all details, the straight away addressed my issue, and asked only for video recording of the device not working and bill copy, that is it done, within one week I got my replacement. This is how a customer care should work 3) I was under the impression, that I couldn't get spares for this product. We have only two spares for this, bottom jar and blade, but spares are available in their "Instacuppa" website, which adds one more reason for buying this product.
Review: Nice product liked it and reduce time of chopping. - We are using the product for one week and seems to be good, chopping well. We need put minimum quantity , if u r having lot amount of veggies. So far no issues , all good. Thanks to instacuppa and saran team. All the best. Note : kindly don't except manual chopping vs machine chopping, then u will be happy with this.

Like the title goes, this is very useful when you lose power at the time of grinding chutney for morning breakfast. The key reason for me posting this review is not only because of the product, also because of the customer service "InstaCuppa" brand provides. Why you should buy this product 1) Portable and easy to use anywhere. 2) Warranty – My product was not working within 3 months of its purchase, eventhough we have 1 year of warranty, I was in doubt whether I will get proper reply or support from this unheard brand. To my surprise, they surpassed my expectation, without beating around the bush and asking to provide all details, the straight away addressed my issue, and asked only for video recording of the device not working and bill copy, that is it done, within one week I got my replacement.
