We used them at a family-style church function and they were larger than I expected and very sturdy! I would estimate they are about 2 heaping Tablespoon size. Cheaper, bigger and sturdier than Dollar store ware! I was also very pleased with the salad tongs from the same Transitions2earth company. And the biodegradability?
