Sze's book bridges the gap between device/material & fabrication - making these two a good enough reference on the subject of semiconductor technology/devices. Highly recommended!

The product was good but the Amazon packaging is not good at all which will lead to product damage.Diagrams, texts and concepts are crisp and clear with more numericals.....For the basics one can definitely go for it.
