If the controller interface is serial and you have the correct communication software, then I would say yes. **Q: It came with no instructions. do i need to install drivers from the disk for windows 10? i don't have a cd drive...** A: You can usually plug this into a Windows 10 PC and it will find & install the drivers for you. If that doesn't work, you can go to the manufacture's website for the drivers. The link is at the top-left of their homepage, make sure to download the PROLIFIC drivers. At the time of this message that would be the 2nd link down on the driver page. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to be the real deal *by T***M on August 24, 2022* Worked immediately on Windows 7 with no driver installation required. Prolific chips unfortunately have a very high counterfeit rate. There's nothing wrong with a genuine Prolific chip ! In fact, they're outstanding chips if you get the real deal. A genuine chip will not usually require a driver because it comes with the linux or Windows operating system and the cable should be immediately recognized. This adapter appears to be the real deal.
