I am an adult in my 30s with ADHD; I am also a graduate student. Due to health insurance issues, I am unable to seek medical help. Maybe it's a placebo effect? I don't know. But I will continue to take this product. Just as a word of caution, based on my experience, I would NOT take this at night as it seems to give a lot of energy and also cause very vivid dreams.
