So far, I've caught 6 mice, 2 rabbits, and 1 opossum. Once critters establish a burrow, its an ongoing battle. I decided to buy this to staple around the base of my cabinet to keep critters from going under. So far, it's effective. This is advertised as a product that won't rust, which was important. Time will tell with any rust. For now, I am critter free. It is sturdy enough to resist chewing. You'll need wire snips to cut it. I've used Kwikmesh to permanently repair bird-boards under the eaves and knew it was a good quality, heavy duty mesh.I used it to replace the relatively flimsy mesh on the foundation vent. Ain't no squirrel going to have parties under the house now, although he still sits on the deck and complains about not getting to all the nuts he'd stashed down there.It's good quality, It doesn't rust. it's much stronger and more durable than the original vent screening.
