Unfortunately they don't include it in the package, but you can order it separately. The petpower adapter with then have to be ran from a wall outlet to inside the cabinet to where the RFID reader is at I would just stick with the batteries in hope for the best.. hope this helps you out. I have two months even though I don't hear the beeping saying that they're low, I don't want to get locked out of.. **Q: I first set the toothpick and set my management key... then I unlock w/ my management key and try to program cards but not working... any idea?** A: Hello: Here is how to reconfigure the card: 1: Use a toothpick to click the reset button of the lock body for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. 2: After hearing the sound, use an induction key card. Induce the lock body 2 times continuously. Each time it is sensed, the lock body will make a beep. 3: After you use the proximity card to sense the lock body continuously, the lock body is in the open state, do not do any operation at this time, wait for the lock body to close automatically. When the lock body is closed, the card that has just been inductively locked is the management card. At this time, the management card is set successfully. 4: After the management card is set successfully: You can add other cards. Use the management card to sense the lock body. The lock body will open after induction, and you can quickly add other cards at this time, just use the added card. It is enough to sense the lock body once, and all the added cards need to be completed within 5 seconds. **Q: Can you program 13 users per master card or just 13 users total, including the master cards?** A: I'm not sure where the 13 comes into play but since it's RFID, you can copy the key card onto a mobile device per NFC pretty much as many times as you want for that lock. I've only bought the one but I assume each lock has its own RFID code. **Q: Can i buy 40+ rfid tags and program this to work with all of them?** A: Yes. All electronic locks can be programmed. It can be one lock and one proximity card.
