I platoed with my exercise and diet regime and needed a product to help get rid of the fat I had hanging out on top of my 6 pack. I got great results in the 2 weeks I used it, and got over that barrier. But the smell did me in, I thought it was an exaggeration but i smelt the worst dead fish scent every time I used the restroom. I might try to find a way to use smaller dosages for maybe a week at a time so I don't have the excess in my system, but for now I'm just trying to clean it all out so I don't stink.
