I accidentally ordered this one once thinking it did and had to return it. For this one, you have to get the compatible neck roll. I just ordered one similar but called the POC Receptor Bug Communication helmet and it is the right one with "powerful beats by Dr Drew & speakers and microphone" listed in the details part. It cost significantly more than this one and it is because it has the system built in. **Q: Does this have the headphones built-in, or is that an additional purchase? It's not clear based on the description.** A: Does not. I thought it did too so am returning it to buy correct one as the neck roll with speakers is over $100 more to buy to add to this helmet. The description was not clear to me either. Look for one that shows the red cord hanging out. **Q: Is this helmet adjustable?** A: The actual size of the shell and foam inside no. But there are additional Velcro removable liners that you can add and remove for the best fit. However, when this came I tried it on and it felt considerably tighter. I noticed that there additional pads that came with the helmet, but they were all the same size as the ones already in the helmet. I suppose they're replacement pads rather than adjustable-sized pads. I think the different sized ones would be more useful, but I appreciate having the extras regardless. I think the difference between my old helmet and this one must just have been that I packed the pads on the old one down through so much use. Great helmet either way.For reference, I believe my hat size is a 7 3/4, and this XL is just barely big enough.
