I am not looking for something insane that would give me a mini panic attack before working out. And that is the reason I gave this pre-workout 2 stars. I don't feel jittery or itchy, I just feel energized and focused which is what I am looking for in a pre-workout supplement. The second star was for the cost, compared to other pre-workouts I have purchased, this one was competitively priced.And lastly, the taste of this pre-workout, at least the orange mango flavor, is god-awful. No way around it and no other way to put it. Absolutely disgusting. Love the package so I said “what the hell” and ordered. The taste isn’t bad and the mix dissolves quickly in 10 oz. of water. I used a traditional blender bottle. Within 20 minutes I felt the powder working. I left about 1/4 cup in my bottle in case I needed an extra boost during my workout and I didn’t even need it. Looking forward to trying the other favors.
