The wheels are wide, very heavy duty and I believe a polyurethane coated wheel. **Q: Does the paint come off easily？** A: No the paint does not come off easily. It is powder coated. **Q: Does this dolly cart work with the 12T heavy machine?** A: sure, but you might need 3 or 4. **Q: I need to transport some large boxes, will this dolly skate hold one in each of the four corners?** A: YES they will. Not sure how big your boxes are. I got them to roll a 20,000# machine on a cement floor. I have used them multiple times. The roller design requires a cement floor that is clean. No rocks, gravel or raised debris that is hard.
