I have pain in my shoulders due to an old injury, so it was nice to take the pressure off. I wasn't sure how well it would work, but I was pleasantly surprised! This fits any size bottle. I had a 1 liter that fit, and the normal 16.9 fl oz bottles, and it stretches to fit all. I love the adjustable strap, too! Not only does it stretch around the bottle, but the length of the strap from the bottom of the bottle to the middle can be lengthened or shortened as well. It's a pretty design, too! I've had it for over a month and it looks as good as the day I got it.
