I am a 44" inch chest and a 17" neck and so went for an XL. The top fits perfectly and even flatters the stomach region as it 'compresses' everything :p yes a bit of a belly, but this does not effect the fit as it stretches lovely without compromising the compression fit! What I really liked about the top compared to previous UA compression tops is the neck like. It is not too tight (which with previous tops was irritating) and has a very smooth feel to it. comfort personified :) If I had to pick a fault, and it would be picky, the stitching running from the pit to the cuff has started to slightly fluff. hopefully this does not lead to fraying or undoing of stitching.
