We have tested our ComfortFit Flanges only with Lansinoh pumps, so we cannot guarantee compatibility or optimal performance with competitor's pumps. We hope this provides some clarity. **Q: Do these flanges fit the standard flange body, or do you have to buy a new set?** A: Mine do not fit into the pump. I got the 36mm flange and they are slightly smaller on the connecting end so they just fall right out.
