I know that the seat is safe for Baby -- because this blocks the sticky and germs. It takes a minute to attach to the seat, but it stays in place nicely. It's also a great thing for cleanup at the restaurant. I don't like to leave a mess, and this is simple. Undo the stickers and take out the lap belt, and now I have a place for our extra napkins and wipes and mess to go and then I can crumple it up into a ball. Easy!
