Been in service for about nine months without any problems and gets used multiple times a day….

These faucets are for public restrooms. They are extremely well made, attractive and functional.

Easy to install, but you have to order the base plate as a separate item.

Still working.

Replaced battery operated faucet with this simpler, metered one and will continue to replace the rest. One problem is: I had to take apart the handle, due to leaking because it wasn't tightened down enough at the factory. :(

This is a very nice commercial faucet. It's a replacement in a gym bathroom, which is used very frequently. The quality and workmanship is very good.

This unit is installed in a restroom at a Home Owners Association pool. It gets a fair amount of use has not failed or caused too much grief. I like that it was easy to install and eliminates a previous problem of taps being left running. The mechanical design uses no batteries or electricity for the timing. The button is easy to press, even young children can activate the flow. I do not like a few details: The push button does not exactly align with the spout. The button is turned a very small amount away from being exactly in line with the spout. This looks sloppy and I would never tolerate this look someplace where I wanted to give a good impression. The design is such that rotation is not user adjustable, a set of machined grooves fixes the alignment of the button to the rest of the body. I suspect that someone at the factory was asleep at the switch and never noticed they were coming out crooked. The timing can be quite variable. We set it run for about 10 seconds. 95% of the time it does this correctly. However sometimes it inexplicably runs longer, up to 5 minutes. It has done this from the day we installed it. The spray pattern is irritating. It makes a set of fine sharp jets, about 15, which spray out in a cone shape. To get a standard aerated stream which I find in almost all other products I have to purchase a replacement aerator. This is just a few dollars and few minutes to install, but annoying.
