In addition to the small amount of this mustard it called for, it was loaded down with nearly 3/4 of a jar of Dijon mustard (I used Grey Poupon). It was too strong...overpowering. Next time, I would cut down or even cut out the Dijon and use a little of this to get the mustard flavor. This is very strong mustard. You won't like it, if your idea of mustard is our mild-American-French's-every- day-mustard you get at the church picnic. You will like it, if you like tasting new things and coming up with creative ways to use it. I made a very nice honey mustard dressing with it. And I like it on certain strong flavored sausages. Also I'm planning to try some other cognac-beef recipes with this. "A little dab will do ya" and impart another layer of interesting flavor. I'm glad I bought it.
