I don’t remove the paper packaging that they come in, so not sure if the size I gave you is real accurate. They can be cut if you need them smaller. I really like them because it is easier to build a fire in my fireplace with them than with kindling and newspaper! Good luck! **Q: How do you extinguish the flame if you have to leave in a hurry?** A: these logs do not produce a roaring blaze....none of the product has ever 'popped" forward. We have a left a small remaining fire with our grill pulled across. Also, I burn my logs toward the back of the grate and have never had a problem **Q: Can I use this in a gas fireplace?** A: NO.
