And one on them is just not responding.On the defective one the LED light stays steady Green & the Display Panel never show any activity at all (not the world “boot” neither the time, I mean… shows nothing).And please take in mind that I do have another identical Unit that is working just fine on the same exact TV that the defective Unit is not (so is not my TV or anything else causing the issue, is just that I end up receiving a defective Unit), I really know how to connect it correctly & of course the TV himself show a black screen when I plug the defective Unit (and again I’m using the proper HDMI cable, I’m selecting the correct TV input on healthy Smart TV & also using a healthy Ethernet and/or internet connection).Is there a way to easy fix this issue or do I need to ask you for a replacement?.I need that you please activate the sending of a healthy replacement unit AS SOON as I drop the defective one at UPS (the UPS database tracking system will create a tracking number the moment I dropped & you will easily see it) & SO PLEASE DON'T wait until the physical defective unit actually land in your hands, because : 1) the mere action of seeing a UPS tracking number must be enough of a proof to you that I’m truly returning the item to you & that I don't plan to keep it & 2) if you wait for the item to arrive to you it may take 4 to 5 days to do so & then another number of days for you to activate the sending of a new healthy unit to me.Please think about I don't want to wait 1 week or 15 days to get a new healthy replacement Unit (more so because my original order about this same Boxes to you guys lasted only 3 days to arrive & I want the same speedy delivery back without me paying any extra fee (I was using my Prime delivery benefits at the moment & my Prime Membership have already expired, but is not my fault that your Unit arrived defective so I don't want to pay for the speedy delivery for you, so please assume responsibility of paying yourself any expedite fee that maybe needed), Please honor a 3 day delivery & the same original price, this is a must.
