**Q: What does it smell like?**
A: It smells like port-a-potty deodorizer.  It doesn't even smell like something you'd find in an industrial setting.  Unless that appeals to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

**Q: Is bottle refillable?**
A: I couldn't get the nozzle off, but if you could, without destroying the bottle, it might be. Do you have a source of the drops or would you use something else? Would bulk scent solution be cheaper?

**Q: To those who used both, which scent do you prefer...this mint scent or the floral scent?**
A: I've only bought the mint scent

**Q: Does this work on bathroom urine smell?**
A: Overpowers any smell

Works Great! I work in a school and sometimes you may enter a "not so fresh" situation. Even if I'm not using it for myself, I'll add a few drops just to freshen things up before I go. The small size is a definite plus for me because I can conceal it in my hands and no one can see. Even at home, it works much better than a plug in. I'll add a few drops to the water to keep things fresh until someone flushes again.
