When I washed it out of my mouth my gums were whitish. My front teeth were hurting. There's some serious acid in this. I started again carefully trying not to get so much on my gums. It really worked on my composite dental work. I brush and floss with regular toothpaste first. And I mix the two products with a toothpick on my toothbrush first. And I even dry my teeth with a towel. And I use as directed. Two minutes. I'm a believer now.
