Got this when it was on sale for less than half the original price. Knew it was going to be difficult and it was, many small and easily broken parts. The fit of the tin and brass metal parts is terrible, requiring lots of sanding, drilling, filling with epoxy. And as others have said the instructions are inadequate, detailed for some sections and glossing over other areas. I downloaded lots of pictures of the Wright Flyer from the Smithsonian website and used those to guide probably half of the build. You'll need a good set of tools for working on small parts made of both wood and metal, and a lot of time, took me somewhere between 150 and 200 hours to complete the thing.
