The only way to avoid this is to make a large gap between records and slip this in, but that's not usually doable. These don't have this problem because they seal completely, so stay put even when squeezing between two records. As a result they are much better at protecting the cover than ones that don't seal. They are crystal clear also so the artwork shines through nicely. Highly recommended for any vinyl collector!
