The kit comes with four Daylight White GU10 bulbs (Ascher brand, non-dimmable, 5000K, 400 lumens each), which provide a substantial amount of brightness to the picture wall in my dining room.The included manual offers only minimal information about wiring, but installation should not be difficult if you have prior experience replacing light fixtures.One aesthetic issue with the kit concerns the alignment of the sockets/screws relative to the two independently rotatable light tracks (see attached photos). The mounting bracket does not allow the canopy to be secured in a way that ensures the decorative sockets align perpendicularly with both tracks after installation. This appears to be a design limitation when used with certain junction boxes, or possibly an oversight. While this affects the visual symmetry, the fixture itself is functional.A note about the included bulbs: they do not have built-in reflectors and instead show multiple exposed LED chips, which means they do not function well as spotlights.
