Review: Terrible returns policy (only 50% refund!) - This sofa is uncomfortable of very poor quality was refused by my tenant so i returned it personally but could not re vacuum pack the too so called cushions so repacked them in strong plastic bags firmly sealed and returned them personally in my car so that they could not be damaged in any way this entailed a drive of 2 hours each way - only to be offered a 50% refund as the cushions were not packed as they were originally KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! this is a true review !!
