Any ideas what might be wrong?** A: Turn off your cold water shutoff. Make sure you have a hot water supply line on. Turn the main valve on the water tower (right hand side) counter clockwise all the way.. Looks as good as more expensive ones, same material and same finish. The water spray is wonderful. Like in other comments, massage sprays not very hard but my other shower was the same. Only thing I would improve is the lenght of connections to hot & cold water. This column was a replacement so already existing holes in ceramic & wall and did not want to make other ones. Connections included were too short so we used the older ones. And both shower heads are plastic. We'll see how it ages but a great buy for the price.
