## Description

Dr. Ph. Martin's Bombay India Inks offer powerful color in a convenient plastic bottle. These highly pigmented India inks not only remain lightfast and permanent, but are also totally waterproof when dry. They adhere to nearly all surfaces and are non-clogging when used in pens. Inks can be diluted with water and used with brushes in traditional watercolor techniques or in dip pens, technical drawing pens, and airbrushes. All colors are brilliant and transparent, except black and white, which are opaque and have excellent covering power. Each set includes 12 different colors in 0.5 oz (15 ml) plastic bottles and custom mixing palette. Set 1 Colors: Yellow, red, Magenta, Green, Blue, Brown, Black, White, Violet, Bright red, Teal, Grass Green.

**Q: Do the bottles or lids have any kind of mechanism to allow the ink out in drops?**
A: I bought eye droppers with these. It was a good investment because they did not come with a ink dropping device.

**Q: I use the black india ink for tattooing. Are the other colors non-toxic and will they wear well as tattoo pigment?**
A: Dr. Ph. Martin's Bombay India ink does not state whether or not it can be used for tattoos. Recommended purposes of this ink are: crafts, art projects, hobbies, photography, and rubber stamping. Using ink not designed for tattooing can be unsafe.  I got this from another site.  It does say it is non toxic.

**Q: The picture of the product here shows the bottles with built-in droppers. Is this what you get?**
A: Nope! All of the bottles have paper/aluminum seal (that are hard to remove) and I've been just pouring the ink to smaller containers to use them. **Q: Are these inks alcohol based?**
