Aromatase is an enzyme that comes from your belly fat. Aromatase converts your precious testosterone to estradiol (E2), the prominent estrogen. High Estradiol causes many health issues in men - depression, fatigue, erectile dysfunction, heart disease, muscle loss etc. So, yes, once you inhibit Aromatase, your testosterone would go up. But it is not the extra testosterones, its just the one which have been converting into Estradiol. If you don't want to take supplements, you can eat very high amounts of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli , cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, bok choy etc. **Q: Is it vegetarian or vegan?** A: Dim is made from broccoli, kale, and cauliflower.
