They are light and have great cushion. Pay no attention to any negative comments. There are several worse options. My only issue is some funkiness even after washing. Small price to pay for better health. Typical usage is between 1-3 miles 10-30 minutes. Worn these for 4.5 months. Still in great shape. Throw in washer and air dry. **Q: Do these stretch with some time? I’m in between sizes.** A: Yes they do. Almost no padding.** A: I was very disappointed in the so-called padding in these shoes. The padding was a very thin, hard cardboard insole. I was outside my return window when I opened these so I bought new padded insoles and removed the cardboard pieces.
