A: Sking Grip people say that the material is permeable enough that the sensor can breathe. No need to remove the center.

**Q: Is it sticky in the middle where the cgm would be? or just around it? last time i tried something like this, it tore the cgm out when i took it off.**
A: The middle is sticky. It has a paper backing in the middle and around the edges. I leave the paper in the middle where the CGM is and just remove the backing for the edges and adhere. You can also adhere to the middle and if you want to change out peel the edges back and cut around it , then apply a new one. Both ways work!

**Q: Does this one work with the Freestyle Libre 3 sensor?**
A: My husband uses skin grips with the Libre 2 which I understand is bigger than Libre 3 so they definitely should work for 3.

Pros: *Too sticky (went through a whole pack and never lost a sensor) *Helps bevel the edge. Door glides over sensor instead of under it. *Did not react to adhesive *fabric stretches and lays flat *used this patch with Dexcom G7, worked great. *can change patch without removing sensor. Now what you’re really here for. Cons *frays after a few days. At the end of 10 days looks ratty, and I’m not talking a little frayed. I’m talking inch long strings hanging in clumps. Do not underestimate the fray! But still sticks. *not water proof. Water soaks through *too sticky! Hurts to take off. If not for the fray would be 5 stars.
