I tried my best to message the seller, which was impossible, about my experience. I did not want to leave a negative review, but I was so frustrated that I could not tell them my experience, this is the only way. The baklava was stale, dry, had a bad taste and looked like Tom Brady used it as the football in his last Super Bowl. Or maybe dropped from the Empire State building. The tin was dented. I did not return because I was so irritated, that I just threw it away. I had a feeling that someone possibly ate from the tin and returned it and it was rewrapped with plastic. There were several large pieces missing, as I bought this for the 3 mussel shaped baklava. I don't believe that any of this is the seller's fault, as I stated, this is a great brand that I have never had a problem with.
