It will hold most heavy studio lights without issues. You must make sure you heavy duty screws to mount it (at least 2.5” - 3” . You must also make sure you are attaching it to a 2x4 which is behind your drywall. I do not recommend using drywall anchors. The dry way will eventually break depending on the weight of your strobes. MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE 2x4 inside your wall or ceiling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wears out with everyday use *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on 29 August 2022* Product is great except with everyday use moving and adjusting the bolt and handle to the bolt strips out.
