The axe head seems to be a very good quality make. Very sharp!. The handle is a bit thick for my hand grip, and not sure if it is a hardwood handle or not. Looks very cool. I will use it for sometime before making a final comment. My only complaint is that the handle is wayyy lighter colored than in the pictures, and the leather sheath came brown instead of black like in the pictures.
