I took this on the recommendation of my nurse practitioner to improve my HDL/LDL numbers. I have genetically high cholesterol and refuse to take statins. I donated blood 2-3 weeks after starting to take these and noticed an improvement in my numbers already! My numbers are better, still high but in the low 200s overall.
