Review: Excellent Duvet, true to colour and soft to touch. - I really like this duvet!! It is very soft to the touch and has a nice almost silky feeling to it which is great as I have fibromyalgia and can get hyper sensitive to things on my skin. It's lightweight I really don't like thick heavy duvets but it is deceptively warm!! Actually a little too warm for me at this moment in summer! I don't think I will need any extra blankets in winter with this. Great compromise for me and my partner who likes to be extra cosy in bed without me feeling as if I am being suffocated in a marshmallow duvet!! I have this on a Super king size bed and it fits well with a nice drape over the edges and looks nice on the bed. The filling is evenly distributed and I am confident it will stay that way with the square stitching. Overall very pleased. I think it should wash well with it not being big and heavy even though it is super king size, so no need to take it to a launderette!! I will definitely buy this brand and style again.

**Q: Will this comforter be to warm for climate with temp 70 -76 degrees? I might wake up sweating.**
A: I  bought this insert 2 months ago for this year "extreme" Miami winter nights of 58 F. I loved it until now that the nights are back to the high 70s. Now we are sweating like crazy and we keep the AC at 70 degrees during the night, I can't imagine during summer time. So here I'm again looking for a thinner insert for my cover. This comforter is perfect for a not so cold weather but not for warm weather in my experience.

**Q: I'm looking for a fluffy super lightweight comforter that breathes, stays cool and doesn't overheat... Is this it?**
A: Yes! I have had this comfortable for a year now. It is really perfect for ant season. So weightless and very comfortably warm. I pair it with thicker sheets or my electric blanket in winter but for California's weather, I think it's the best comforter I've ever owned. It has survived my cat's claws several washings and not a thread loose on the thing.

**Q: does it have ties on the corners?**
A: It has loops to tie on the cover.  However, the cover I bought does not have the ties.

**Q: Can I use it in summer time with a/c?**
A: nothing as far as being a "down alternative"prevents you from using it.I guess it depends on the individual.personally mine comes off my bed and goes in the closet for Summer.I guess it boils down to...if you want/need a quilt(of any sort)with air conditioning maybe the air conditioning needs to be turned down-just sayin-
